At Pura Vida, the best thing about helping to Create Good is doing it with great-tasting coffee. We hope you enjoy some of these delicious drink recipes from our own in-house barista. And if you have a recipe of your own, by all means send it our way at creategood@puravidacoffee.com.

Note: each “pump” equals 1/2 oz. Of course, you go ahead and adjust the quantities to meet your palette. Have fun!

Butterscotch Latte
Best Served: Anytime

12 oz
1 oz. Stasero Butterscotch syrup – 4 pumps
1 shot espresso
16 oz
1 1/4 oz Stasero syrup – 5 pumps
2 shots espresso

20 oz
1 1/2 oz Stasero syrup – 6 pumps
3 shots espresso
Steamed milk
Garnished with foam

Instructions: Combine syrup and espresso. Pour in steamed milk and top with milk foam.

 

Pumpkin Pie Latte
Best Served: Fall

12oz
1 oz. Pumpkin Pie syrup - 4 pumps
1 shot espresso

16 oz
1 1/4 oz Stasero syrup – 5 pumps
2 shots espresso

20 oz
1 1/2 oz Stasero syrup – 6 pumps
3 shots espresso

Steamed milk
Garnished with foam

Instructions: Combine all ingredients and stir.

 

Wintermint Mocha
Best Served: Winter

12 oz.
4 pumps peppermint
1 pump white mocha
1 shot espresso

16 oz
5 pumps peppermint
1 pump white mocha
2 shots espresso

20 oz.
6 pumps peppermint
2 pumps white mocha
3 shots espresso

Combine ingredients with steamed milk, stir to mix, Top with foam

 

Mayan Mocha
Best Served: Anytime

12oz
2 pumps vanilla syrup
2 pumps cinnamon syrup, 2 pumps Pura Vida Mocha
1 shot espresso

16 oz
3 pumps vanilla syrup, 3 pumps cinnamon syrup
3 pumps PV Mocha
2 shots espresso

20 oz
4 pumps vanilla syrup, 4 pumps cinnamon syrup, 4 pumps PV mocha
3 shots espresso

Steamed milk

Instructions: Combine all ingredients and stir, top with whipped cream, sprinkle with cinnamon

 

Sweetheart Mocha
Best Served: February

12oz.
4 pumps Raspberry syrup
2 pumps white chocolate sauce
1 shot espresso

16 oz
5 pumps raspberry syrup
3 pumps white chocolate sauce
2 shots espresso

20 oz
6 pumps raspberry syrup
4 pumps white chocolate sauce
3 shots espresso

Steamed milk
Garnished with foam; sprinkle with raspberry topping
Instructions: Combine all ingredients and stir.

 

Nutty Irishman Latte
Best Served: Anytime

.5 oz. Irish Crème syrup - 2 pumps; . 5 oz Hazelnut syrup - 2 pumps
1 shot espresso

16 oz
.75 oz. Irish Crème syrup - 3 pumps; . 75 oz Hazelnut syrup - 3 pumps
2 shots espresso

20 oz
1 oz. Irish Crème syrup - 4 pumps; 1 oz Hazelnut syrup - 4 pumps
3 shots espresso

Steamed milk

Instructions: Combine all ingredients, top with foam

 

Crème de Cacao Latte
Best Served: Anytime

Crème de Cacao syrup - 4 pumps
1 shot espresso

16 oz
Crème de Cacao syrup – 5 pumps
2 shots espresso

20 oz
Crème de Cacao syrup – 6 pumps
3 shots espresso

Steamed milk
Instructions: Combine all ingredients, top with whipped cream.

Banana Nut Latte: a twist on mom's bread

Best Served: Anytime

12 oz
Hazelnut syrup 2 pumps
Banana syrup 1 pumps
1 shot espresso

16 oz
Hazelnut syrup 3 pumps
Banana syrup 2 pumps
2 shots espresso

20 oz
Hazelnut syrup 4 pumps
Banana syrup 2 pumps
3 shots espresso

Combine all ingredients and top with foam

 

Iced Macadamia Nut Mocha (20 oz drink)
Best Served: Summer

5 pumps Macadamia nut syrup
4 pumps mocha
3 shots espresso

combine ingredients and fill cup to 3/4 full with milk. Top with whipped cream and mocha drizzle.

 

Iced Afternoon Latte (20 oz drink)
Best Served: Summer

3 pumps Vanilla syrup
2 pumps Torani Orgeat (Almond) syrup
3 shots espresso

combine all ingredients, fill to 3/4 with milk, to top with ice

 

Peaches N Crème Iced Latte (20 oz drink)
Best Served: Summer

Peach syrup - 3 pumps
2 shots espresso
Milk
Ice

Instructions: Combine all ingredients and stir.

 

Raspberry Truffle Mocha
Best served: Anytime

Chocolate syrup - 2 pumps
Raspberry syrup - 2 pumps
1 shot espresso

16 oz.
Chocolate syrup - 3 pumps
Raspberry syrup - 3 pumps

Chocolate syrup - 4 pumps

Autumn Spice Latte

allspice syrup - 1 pump
1 shot espresso

caramel syrup - 3 pumps

caramel syrup - 4 pumps
allspice syrup - 2 pumps
