How do I send a gift?
It's easy to send Pura Vida Coffee and other related merchandise to your friends, colleagues, or family members. Simply add the gift to your shopping cart and then specify the name and address of the recipient as you check out.
How do I return something?
We gladly process returns when the problem is a result of our error. Please email creategood@puravidacoffee.com or call us at (206) 328-9606 with questions about returns.
SHIPPING
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs vary by order total, delivery option and destination. This cost is computed during checkout.
When will my order arrive? Please allow five to seven business days for Standard Delivery and two to three business days for Priority Delivery. Orders generally ship within 48 hours of receipt, but actual delivery times vary by destination.

Is your coffee Fair Trade?
We offer a full line of Fair Trade Certified, organic, shade-grown coffee. Each coffee is grown in an environmentally and economically just manner. As such, the coffees are guaranteed to be grown under a shade canopy of indigenous trees and without synthetic pesticides, herbicides or chemical fertilizers that can potentially endanger both the earth and the farmers who work with them. Natural techniques such as composting and terracing help sustain the fragile ecosystems in which the coffees are grown. Fair Trade certification guarantees farmers will receive a living wage from the sale of their coffee, helping these farmers provide the necessities of life to their families.

Every time you buy Pura Vida coffee and products, you help provide hot meals, clothing, medicine, addiction treatment and hope to thousands of needy children in Central America.
How do I contribute directly to the projects of Pura Vida Partners?
To contribute in addition to your purchase of Pura Vida Coffee products, visit our Donations Center, where we outline the most pressing needs facing the children and families we serve and accept directed donations. All donations to Pura Vida Partners, a 501(c)(3) registered charity, are tax deductible.
Where did the name “Pura Vida Coffee” come from?
The phrase “pura vida” is a common greeting in Central America, used to mean everything from “Hello” to “Goodbye” to “That’s cool.” The direct translation from Spanish is “pure life”. We think that’s pretty cool, too.
